 October 15th

The greatest wines in the world paired with the subtle and refined cuisine of the region. Burgundy has historically been a place for the kings of France to cache their extra male heirs, and as a result the history of food and wine in the region is dusted with gold. We will open some of the best wines in the world this evening and pair them with braised meats, wild mushrooms, washed rind cheeses, pates and terrines. Not one to miss.

 October 29th

Olive garden and cheap stucco mcmansions have tainted the idea of Tuscany in this country. Come taste the simple but refined combinations of food that make Tuscany so famous- the best beef grilled over coals, peppery extra virgin olive oil, braised boar dishes, handmade pastas, all alongside the equally humble yet profound flavors of Sangiovese. After this class you will remember why cypress trees are actually beautiful again.

 November 12th

While everyone else is drinking cheap industrial nouveau out of plastic bottles we will be exploring the 10 Cru villages of Beaujolais and eating sausages cooked in grape must. This will be the best party yet of the year.

$125   - Attendee(s):

 December 3rd

This dinner will prove that Champagne (made by small growers who know how to make wine) is the most versatile food wine in the world. From oysters to steak and every flavor in between, each course will be paired with champagne. Prepare to have a new vice.
